First of all, we wish to thank all of you, especially those that have sent their Liberty Reserve or Perfect Money accounts to us to enable us pay their pending AlertPay withdrawals. We are glad to announce that we have almost completely paid the pending AlertPay withdrawals. Please note that we cannot automatically make this conversion from AlertPay to Liberty Reserve or Perfect Money unless you authorize us by sending your Liberty Reserve or Perfect Money account to us. There are still few AlertPay withdrawals pending, please if you have an AlertPay withdrawal pending and you wish for us to send the money to other processor for you, simply let us know and we will process the withdrawal without delay. However, we will send the money to your AlertPay account as soon as AlertPay allows us to pay our investors again.
We will continue to make the conversion to other payment processor for all AlertPay withdrawals while we wait for AlertPay to release the funds for us.
We have written to AlertPay to review their policy and make it more transparent and business friendly. This will help their reputations. We also told them to have an independent complaint body for transparency.
