i don't know what the rates per ads are but i checked the site and indeed it's $0.01 minimum payout. although if i will join the program,ill need at least $1 as i use AP. China,Taiwan,Thailand,Hong Kong and Vietnam residents should upgrade first before payment-which means i don't need to. will check the site more and sign up later. thanks!
