Suggestion: Change EP layout slightly

Hi Admin,

I have a few suggestions to make the EP navigation a lot easier. I'm a member on MoneyTalkVillage and I'm really impressed by their layout. Their layout is really similar to EPs, except for a few things. EPs 'Top' button is on the very bottom of the page and the navigation path is not at the very top of the screen so this brings some inconvenience. Even when we press these buttons, we still have to scroll.

Improvements:
If you notice MTV's layout, the navigation bar is at the very top of the page (above all the ads) and the 'top' button is only underneath the last thread reply. I was thinking maybe EP should do the same to improve convenience.
When we reply to a thread, we can view our original message, and then press the 'top' button without scrolling the the bottom of the page and then we can see the path and click an option in there.

When I mean by path, I mean the this:

• ->Forum->News, Announcements & Offers->Question & Suggestion->Post New Thread

I apologize in advance if I violated any rule of promoting another site. However, I really believe this will improve EP a lot.

Its not really difficult to navigate using current position but anyway for better navigation i moved same link above banners if possible add some screenshot if u had any other suggestions

Thanks for moving the navigation bar up. Can you also incorporate the 'top' button within the reply message. This way, after we reply, we can just click it rather than scroll down to the page.
