    Default sensitive teeth

I'm not sure how many others can relate to this problem. My teeth are sensitive to anything hot or cold. If I forgt to brush them once they turn about 5 shades darker. I am one to take very good care of my teeth, especially considering the situation. I would like any advice or for others to talk about any dental problems they wish to share.

Unfortunately, I have the same problem. If your teeth are very sensitive you have to use special toothpastes. What about the idea of drinking or eating gradually ? Regarding the darkness of your teeth i think it is relevant to how much you drink coffee or tea .Smoking is a problem as well. Two weeks ago i felt pain in my teeth during eating . I feel a bit better but i have to see a dentist .

Yeah agree on that some toothpaste are focusing on the process of whitening the teeth. But you should consult a dentist first if it will work for you or not. It is kinda dangerous to do it yourself because you might put yourself in bigger trouble.

I brush my teeth daily after meal and after dinner so i don't experience this. It's odd to me. So, if you leave your's more than a day you will keep getting that.

Choose the right formulation of product. Whitening products come in a whole range of formulations to suit your teeth. Brush gently and carefully around the gum line so you do not remove more gum tissue.

My teeth was sensitive and I afraid to ate cold and hot item then I used Colgate sensitive pro-relief. It really helpful for me and it has not a very long procedure to use, apply on sensitive area on your teeth and keep it for one minutes after one minutes you can eat any thing either cold and hot item.
