i checked out this site it has not paid anyone,$0.04 is good for pay per click rate but this site did not talk about thed minimum payout,i think it will end up being a scam

why not check out the site,payment processors are listed on the homepage,this site has over 500 members and it has not paid a single cent,i will advise you not to invest your money here

I don't work with ptc sites with no specific minimum payout because what admin does is keep increasing the minimum payout until he will finally stop paying. Then, he will be able to justify himself since he has no specific payout.

Very new ptc site, there isnt any payment proof until now.

but to reach the payout minimum you need along time without referrals or upgrade.
