Party planning business has good potential. In my opinion any kind of study is not necessary for this business. You just need to be creative and you must have the knowledge of managing the events.

i don't think you need a formal study. why not try to observe how others do it. get ideas from established planners. Look at their programs, offers, how they do things, and stuffs like that. When you get the whole idea of what's needed, you can formulate your own ways, offer better services, and think of creative ideas that have not been done by any other party planners.
