   5. The event will officially start on December 1, 2011 (00:00 GMT).

   1. All participants who are 18 years old or more, whether an existing IKOFX client or not, may participate in this event
   2. The participants must provide valid data; the full name must be identical with the one in the official ID document; and the active contact email. IKOFX deserves the rights to forfeit any winning participants whom had provided false information.
   
   
   
3. Result publication
   
   
   1. Results of the contest in a given month will be announced and published in the website (www.ikofx.com) during 30 days after the contest month or first week of the month. Participants' information as well as participants' statement shall be published and available at the website.
   
   
   
4. Winner Determination and Prizes
   
   
   1. 3 lucky winners who attached the picBadge at the profile picture will be selected randomly at the end of a given month (last day/date of the month 23:59 GMT) shall win the real money prizes that will be deposited in their newly separated live trading account as credit.
   2. The winners agree that their names will be published in and/or outside the website, and IKOFX has the rights to use any information related to the winners' accounts for advertising and publish it on forum, company's website or other media.
   3. All prizes including the first prize cannot be withdrawn, however any profit made over the prize amount can be withdrawn without any limits.
   4. Prize will be credited into a separated live account based on the valid, data provided by the participant, together with valid, certify identification documents, and full detail information to the authority of IKOFX.
   5. A particular live account only allow an one time withdrawal policy, which lucky draw prize was credited into will be removed right after a prize winner had made the withdrawal of the profit that was made from the awarded live account.
